What is fractional RV ownership?
Fractional RV ownership refers to a shared arrangement between 8 or 10 people, each owning an equal part of the RV. For example, on a 1/10 ownership, an owner who owns one share can use the RV for 35 days per year. At once or in smaller time periods.
How often can I use the RV with this Program?
Fractional RV ownership lets you use an RV on a timeshare basis, depending on the number of shares you bought. With an RV with 10 co-owners, you can use the RV for 35 days. While in an RV with eight co-owners, you can use the RV for as many as 45 days.
What is the cost of participation in the Program?
A down payment of 20% per share is required. The rest will be through financing with a 6% interest rate, which will be paid monthly plus the monthly fees for maintenance, parking, and other admin fees.
How many owners can participate in one LLC?
The RV is co-owned by 8 people, you can use it for 45 days a year.
Who will maintain the RV?
Equishare will handle the maintenance, and the RV will be cleaned before and after each use by a co-owner.
Can I sell my share of the RV at any time?
Yes
However, Fractional RV Ownership is a commitment from a group of people who owns the RV. If you decide to co-own an RV, you must abide by all the terms that come with it concerning all the co-owners.
