How it works

The RV fractional ownership arrangement sets up a Limited Liability Company (LLC). You can purchase one or more shares in a particular RV and use it for a set number of weeks per year. The LLC is there to protect each member if an accident occurs.
With the 1/8th share model that is used by equishare each share will get 6 weeks of use time every year. You can choose to use the motorhome during your time or use a rental program to rent the motor home when it is not in use.
Selling your share is easy and convenient. When you find someone who would like to purchase your share of the motorhome, they will go through the same LLC process you did. Once their LLC purchases your share of the motorhome, you can close your own LLC, and you are no longer participating in the Fractional Ownership program. When all shareholders are ready, the coach is sold, and the members of the LLC at that time split the proceeds.

If you are looking for a way to get a luxury motor home at a reduced cost, fractional ownership is for you. Just like any other timeshare, the fractional ownership program will provide you with a 6 week share in a Class C Motorhome. Our Class C Motorhomes are more upscale than the motorhomes that are available through other rental programs.
